DPN Sign The Disability Program Navigator, or DPN, is located at your local One Stop Career Center. The DPN is there to provided individuals with disabilities connections to resources and programs that can assist in obtaining and maintaining employment. The DPN can also provide employers with information about hiring individuals with disabilities.
